Who is Laura Baase? Laura has resided in southern California for nearly 28 years and both she and her husband, Todd, have been active members of their community. . Her family also extends to her two beautiful golden retrievers, Cheyenne and Savannah. Laura owns one of the largest Coca-Cola collections in the United States; if you want to know anything about Coca-Cola memorabilia, just ask Laura! Husband Todd is retired from military service after serving his country faithfully for 20 years. He now works for Sanford-Burnham Medical Resource Institute for Medical Research as a senior maintenance mechanic, and enjoys his free time in the pursuit of ready, playing with Granddaughter Emily, fishing and spending time with family and friends. Laura has literally risen from the ranks in the real estate community to become a true expert in her field. She started as an assistant to real estate agents and loan officers where she learned all the basic intricacies of file production and documentation. Next, Laura gained valuable experience in underwriting and loan processing and eventually she became a senior loan funder for several leading lenders. In 1999 Laura took a major leap in her professional career by opening her own company, 'Processing by Laura,' where she honed her skills to work successfully in both the buying and selling aspects of real estate. Additionally, Laura works as a consultant with a local legal firm which specializes in real estate matters.
