As a trained Corporate Account Manager Larry adeptly utilizes Colliers 360 and' b'WorkTrac account management software to enhance services for CRE portfolios. Recently' b'Larry served as the Co-National Account Manager for Doma which had a portfolio of 132' b'oices. His expertise extends to national and regional site selection services and analysis' b'working with the Tax Incentive group within Colliers. In addition, Larry originated the Ernst &' b'Young account for the Pacific Northwest region and recently provided real estate services' b'for Mutual of Omaha, US Bank and Acrisure in lease transactions in Walnut Creek.' b'Over the past decade Larry has concentrated on the sale and repositioning of CRE assets.' b'Larry is a specialist in servicing property owners navigating the complexities of post-COVID' b'challenges to reposition their assets. Larry develops multi-scenario exit strategies that' b'integrate financial analysis with the implications of zoning changes.
