Jill, raised in New Jersey, grew up spending summer vacations at the Jersey shore where she acquired a love for living near the water. Spending her college years at a coastal college, Monmouth University, she earned a BA in Liberal Arts. Coming to Orlando via Rochester, NY, she becamethe owner/design principal of an interior design firm prior to serving many years as a new home consultant for prominent builders and developers. In her sales capacity for builders, she was the recipient of several sales and customer service awards, from the National Association of Homebuilders as well as the Orlando Association of Homebuilders. After their move to Sarasota, Larry and Jill continued their real estate careers with builders while renovating an historic Spanish Mediterranean home and in 2009, decided to merge their talents and goals into a team.Together, they offer a hands-on approach with total customer focus, whether working with buyers or sellers, and an unmatched expertise in the local market, resulting from their successful involvement in the industry for many years.Their team is customer-focused while striving to deliver consistently, a concierge-level of service.
