So, a little information about me... I started in the Real Estate business in 1988. I started by investing in properties using what little money I had managed to save at the time. I developed a skill for finding great deals for myself and for my friends. So, in 1989 I decided to become a licensed agent and I started helping friends and family sell and acquire real estate. In 1992 I became a full fledged Real Estate Broker and established Homeworks Real Estate. A few years later I purchased an ERA franchise and ERA Homeworks Real Estate was formed. As the Broker/Owner of ERA I trained and managed dozens of agents and it was definitely taking up a huge amount of my life. Managing a Real Estate brokerage was great but I missed being out in the trenches doing what I loved to do best, namely finding great deals for buyers and getting houses SOLD for my sellers so I sold my Real Estate Brokerage. It was nice getting back to selling homes instead of all of the busywork of owning the brokerage. I'm currently an Associate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. This gives me the opportunity to concentrate on my Buyer's and Seller's needs. I love assisting people in finding their dream home or investment property and I am skilled at getting property sold.
