This combination along with his experience in Real Estate investing give him the unique insight into how to find great deals, negotiate, market properties, find strong tenants to produce satisfying numbers in both ROI and NOI.Lance has also earned real-life experience in sales and marketing through his previous career with ADT Security as a marketing manager, followed by forming his own Real Estate investment company for himself and to consult others.Lance Ayar entered the Real Estate world in order to help people find their dream home, be his own boss and be part of one of the biggest and most important steps in peoples lives... buying a home!
