Lance Williams is a Logan Loan officer and a Cache Valley native. He has been doing mortgage loans in Logan with Diversified Home Loans since 2007. He has always taken a lot of pride in his work and his family. He resides in Logan, Utah with his beautiful wife, Amy and their three children. Lance attended Sky View High School and went on to graduate from Utah State University with a degree in Business Management/ Entrepreneurship. Prior to his career in finance he was a Golf Professional where he was able to meet a lot of great people. Some of his interests include traveling, golfing, mountain biking, art, painting and snow skiing. Lance is experienced and knowledgeable in many different mortgage loan programs that include: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, HomePath, Utah Housing and Construction loans. Lance does the majority of his mortgage loans in cache valley but, Lance is licensed in all of Utah and Idaho. Lance's goal as a mortgage loan officer is to educate his clients and keep them well informed throughout the loan process. He also takes great pride in treating each client with integrity and superior customer service. His door is always open to past and future clients for questions or advice regarding their mortgage needs. He enjoys life in Cache Valley and looks forward to his career and also raising his family in such a beautiful place.
