Four of my favorite words – but I know not everyone feels that way.As a natural born planner, I love formulating plans and preparing for the future; I've enjoyed it since I was a young girl budgeting my allowance for fun. My process involves taking large goals and breaking them down into more manageable steps, and I have been blessed with a career at Edward Jones that allows me to take my passion for preparation and use it to help individuals, families and businesses reach their financial goals.I graduated from Jacksonville State University with an honors degree in business economics. JSU holds a special place in my heart; I gained many wonderful friends and memories from my four years spent there and even met the love of my life in a class we had together.I'm originally from Walker County, AL, where my family still resides. My husband, Justen, and I decided to put our roots down in the South Birmingham area after he began working in Hoover, and we quickly fell in love with the community. We reside in Pelham and attend Liberty Baptist Church in Chelsea, where we met our first friends in town. Community involvement is important to me, and I'm excited to become more engaged with my neighbors for years to come.I believe that life with loved ones is just as important as life at work. Away from the office, my husband and I enjoy hiking and kayaking with my sweet Lab, Scout, who also happens to be the best running buddy I know.
