Kyle Reighard serves as the National Storage Partners Philadelphia affiliate, powered by KW Commercial. In this role, he has expert self-storage disposition, acquisition, and operational knowledge of the Greater Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey markets. Kyle is a member of the Diversified Real Estate Investors Group of Philadelphia and a former chapter leader of Bunker Labs Philadelphia, a national nonprofit assisting military veterans in their entrepreneurial journeys. He is also an active commercial real estate investor across Pennsylvania. Over his career he has worked with single property owners exiting to retirement, private equity groups focused on national expansion, developers and most recently successfully acted as the sole sell-side broker of a 9-site portfolio across central Pennsylvania. He has gained invaluable insight into the proper operations, underwriting, and exit planning within the self storage space. His expansive network of relationships within the sector is an asset to the industry's buyers and sellers. Kyle is one of the founding members of the KW Commercial office in Bucks County, PA, helping to build the systems, relationships, and vision from the ground up for the Greater Philadelphia area office. Kyle attended Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and is a U.S. Army Military Police combat veteran who still volunteers regularly for causes that help our military veterans upon return to civilian life.
