Kyla Williger is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and by the Ohio State Bar Association. Kyla Williger is certified as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Attorney Kyla Williger is a Director at Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths and Dougherty Co., LPA which she joined in 2021 running their Hudson Branch's Estate Planning and Elder Law Practice. Previously she was a founding partner for over ten years at Williger Legal Group LLC, a family boutique firm she ran with her mother Marta J. Williger, who was also a CELA before her retirement. Prior to becoming a partner at Williger Legal Group, Ms. Williger studied Prelaw abroad at Oxford University in England, worked for the Ohio Governor's Office legal branch, and interned with the Franklin County Courthouse and Court Mediation Program. Attorney Kyla Williger earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Science, and minor in English from The Ohio State University, graduating cum laude and her Juris Doctorate from the The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, graduating with a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution and was honored with the Public Fellow Award for service to the community. Attorney Williger belongs to the State Bar of Ohio and the Akron Bar Association and the American Bar Association. She is a Board Member on the Alzheimer's Association Committee and a member of the Professional Advisor Council of the Akron Community Foundation. She is a frequent speaker at Bar Associations and professional continuing education programs as well as community programs for seniors and their families. She enjoys volunteering and performing with Northeast Ohio's Theatre Community.
