She has represented millions of dollars in real estate transactions. In addition to guiding buyers and sellers through acquisition and disposition of real estate, she has a proven record of success with experience in managing mortgage offices, recruiting and training cohesive teams and delivering award-winning results, including top sales and branch volume awards, and regional and top producer awards. "I learned a lot in the mortgage field," she says. "I've been on the sales and mortgage side of real estate a long time, so I have a unique perspective of looking at a transaction and knowing exactly how to structure through it so it closes successfully" She adds, "I've been trained by the best, including private coaching through Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, Tom Ferry and Brian Buffini, to name just a few." Real life experience and education are key components in a successful real estate career. Kristin earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Central Florida. Real Estate transactions are frequently emotional and Kristin realized her degree has come in handy facilitating transactions and building sales teams in management. Kristin is a member of the Daytona Beach Association of Realtors, a member of Ormond Leadership Alumni, Chair of the Daytona Beach Area Association MLS Committee, sits on the Board of Directors for DBAAR, is a member of the Finance Committee and the Grievance Committee. She holds several real estate designations, including real estate broker, C2EX (Commitment to Excellence) short sale and foreclosure resource, E-Pro, and has completed course requirements for appraisal certification in the state of Florida.
