After a twenty-year career in sales and business development, focusing on commercial real estate and interiors, Kristen continues her real estate career by joining the Chris Veech Team, where she can combine her passion for all things architecture and design with her love of sales. Kristen's background in sales, marketing and business development coupled with her real estate and design experience, provides her with the knowledge, background and expertise to succeed as a residential broker. Kristen has strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a genuine love for working with people. Kristen connects with her clients to truly understand their goals, needs and challenges. She is known for developing long-lasting relationships that endure well beyond the initial transaction. Her years of experience in corporate America managing complex deals has given her strong negotiation skills that will ensure her clients receive the best deal possible. Kristen fell in love with Chicago as a young child while watching her favorite movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off. She moved to Chicago shortly after attending The University of Texas at Austin, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Communications. During a brief stint back in her home state of Texas, she met and married her husband, a sixth-generation North Shore native, and returned to Lincoln Park. She now resides in Winnetka with her husband and two children.
