Krista started her career in Real Estate with an A. S. in Legal Assisting as a Paralegal and has held her Georgia Real Estate License for 20+ years. As a Paralegal, she became knowledgeable in Small Business Corporations, Estate Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, all of which real estate was an integral part, which lead her to specialize in Real Estate solely upon moving to Georgia in 1998. She obtained her Georgia Salesperson's license in 1999, her Georgia Brokers license in 2004 and her Florida Broker's License in 2014. She is also a Certified Georgia DCA Housing Counselor and holds the following professional certifications and designations: ABR, CFIS, ePRO, GRI, REPM, REVS, SFR, SRS, SFH201. She is also an Active member of the Professional StandardsHearing Panelwith the DeKalb Board of Realtors and Georgia Association of Realtors. As a Real Estate Paralegal she has performed in many capacities of a real estate transaction from Pre-Closing, Closing, Post-Closing, Title Examinations, Title Insurance Policies, Title clearance, Document Drafting and Preparation all of which has led her to be an expert in her field. She also has an extensive knowledge of a variety of loan programs, both with institutional lenders and "hard money" lenders.
