Very easy to deal with. The title company even gave farmers bank a compliment on the ease of the transaction and the professionalism and timeliness of Farmers Bank. Would recommend them to anyone.

Whole process was very smooth. I liked how DTI was calculated for my other RE LLCs. That made the entire experience reasonably fast.
