Values that KMP founder Gene Grieshaber, Sr. was committed to when he started the company back in 1973. KMP opened its doors with a total of four employees, focusing primarily on new construction work. With the growth of business in just a few years, a service and repair department was added. By building a reputation for quality work at a fair price, Gene and his team benefited from a large amount of repeat customers and referrals. Today, KMP Plumbing still receives the majority of its business from referrals and repeat customers. 40 years later, we still hold strong to those founding values.
