Kirk was able to get me approved for a mortgage in a non-standard situation, and was present and available from my first inquiry through closing on my property (in total, about a year).

Working with Kirk and his team worked out great although challenging because of all that the lender required from me. Kirk and his team were very helpful and knowledgeable & got the loan application completed in record time.
