I'm often asked what I do for a living. The short answer to that question would be that I listen. The longer answer would be that I have the wonderful privilege of collaborating with my clients through the many seasons of their financial and personal lives. Whether planning for retirement, saving for children's education, living in retirement with dignity or leaving a legacy for future generations, I have found that most people are looking for similar characteristics when choosing a financial advisor. Many want someone who is going to be accountable, objective in their investment approach and provide a desired measure of investment education, and we deliver on all of these areas. Most people are looking for someone to help them consolidate and organize their financial life, and we do that as well. But what everyone wants is someone who will listen to them, do what they say they are going to do and to communicate with them. In a world where client service is sometimes considered a thing of the past, this is one of our top priorities.I do not strive to be all things to all people, but I am dedicated to providing strategies that serve the best interest of our clients, helping them define their financial success and then working diligently to help them achieve it.My wife, Brenda, and I live in Bridge City, we have three children and six beautiful grandkids. Our faith comes first, and we love spending a great amount of our time with our family. We enjoy riding motorcycles and boating, and we also have our horses. Well, my wife has horses.
