I enjoy what I do when it comes to helping my clients navigate through complex information, details, and decisions In nearly 43 years of sales experience, I have developed strong marketing and business skills. I feel like I am assertive and skilled at negotiation and providing solutions. That includes everything from coordinating with lenders, arranging inspections, advising & navigating through the purchasing process, serving as a professional negotiator in a highly competitive market, and advising on the latest trends in the local housing market. I am enthusiastic, eager, and enjoy getting to know and serve my clients. It is a great experience to help make real estate dreams become reality!
