Kimberly Duggan is a member of the Family Wealth Planning Department where she represents clients in the areas of estate planning, estate and gift taxation, charitable gift planning, and estate and trust administration. Her practice includes forming closely held businesses for tax and asset protection purposes, collaborating with clients' accountants and other wealth advisors, and counseling fiduciaries and beneficiaries. Ms. Duggan's experience also includes trust and estate litigation and judicial proceedings dealing with the probate of estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and the administration, modification, and termination of trusts.Ms. Duggan was formerly affiliated with two estate planning, trust, and probate firms on the San Francisco Peninsula. In 2021 Ms. Duggan was hand selected for a six-month appointment as the staff attorney for Judges Joseph M. Quinn and Ross C.
