In my effort to help you make your decision to use me as your REALTOR, I have added more information about myself. I started my Real Estate business in 1995 with great experience in sales. I began my first business when I was 9 years old. My sister and I made, packaged, delivered, and were in total control of marketing lollipops to local businesses for three years. From there, I stepped into working for retail stores at the West Park Plaza during High School. I worked for CR Anthony's and Sears for three years. My second business was established at the age of 18, when I graduated from High School. I had a floral business that distributed floral products to 7 locations in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Three years into my flower retail business, I converted it to a wholesale raw floral product distributorship, and pulled a 14' enclosed trailer for another three and half years to sell wholesale product to the people that, at one time, were my competition. They were having a problem finding good floral supplies, so I became a supplier to all of them. When I sold my business after six and half years, I had built up a great product catalog and a good customer base. From there I dove into Real Estate. Real Estate has always interested me and my family has a background in building. Growing up with a father that has built homes or commercial buildings from the time I was born, and has always invested in real estate, I came by the interest naturally. I am a hard working person that has always been a self-starter, able to think on my feet, and adjust to create my area in any market. In my first year in Real Estate, I joined the Treasure Valley Exchangers, and became well versed in 1031 exchanges, and the investment side of Real Estate. Residential Real Estate has been the main part of my business, and in the past 10 years, I have been working with several builders and developers. I work with a team of full time assistants, and have always made it a priority to surround myself with other Realtors within my office that give me the support and teamwork I've needed to become one of the top producing agents in the area, since my second year in the Real Estate business. After 20 years in the Real Estate business, I became a Designated Broker in Idaho and Principal Broker in Oregon. In November 2015, I opened my own brokerage, Goldwings Real Estate Group, and work with an excellent team of Real Estate agents, and full-time office staff and assistants. We specialize in all Real Estate areas, including Residential (existing homes and new construction), Commercial, Farm and Ranch, and Land Development.
