Kim began her career in real estate 21-years ago as a single mom, which left no room for failure. She is licensed in both SC & GA and holds designations such as ABR, SRS, & e-pro, but her energy and determination is what has made her so successful as a premier Aiken Realtor. She will not quit until she has exhausted all resources to help meet the real estate needs of her clients. Last year she won four Meybohm awards: Top Aiken Agent for 2022, Best of the Best, Chairman's Club, and the Outstanding Customer Service Award. She lives by the Golden Rule: Treat people how you want to be treated and knows that you are not selling a house, but a service and trust. Her repeat clients and referrals are a testament to her work ethic and passion for helping others. Kim is married and has three children and three grandchildren. In her spare time she teaches fitness classes at the Village at Woodside and also plays league tennis.
