Kileen was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She answered me multiple times while she was on “vacation”. She’s awesome!
She was wonderful, patient and informative. Never a time where I felt ignored or not important.
Kileen is a problem solver and very dedicated to her customer. She gets teh job done no matter what the challenges are! On this particular loan we worked through a number of options and she was always there to work through them with me.
Killeen is ALWAYS available and upbeat.
