Kiani Pegues

Kiani Pegues was born and raised in the heart of Southern California. She attended Holy Trinity Catholic School in San Pedro, CA, and then went on to become an athletic and academic scholar at San Pedro High School. She then attended California State University, Chico, where she studied Psychology and Child Development and began her career in Real Estate in 2018. Under the successful mentorship of her Team Broker, Phillip Nunez, she closed her first real estate transaction within her first two months as a licensed agent. Kiani shows strong values in family and community, and is often present at San Pedro's local events. You may even see her roller blading down Paseo Del Mar, or even along the coast all the way up to Hermosa Beach. Kiani prides herself in her work and continues to build a lasting brand in real estate. Her first priority is to ensure the well being of her clients throughout the entire transaction, and thereafter.
