Kia has over 20 years of customer service and sales experience working directly with the public. She has held management positions with some of the most impressive retailers in the industry such as, Neiman Marcus, Gap Inc, and Dillard's just to name a few. This is where she learned, not only how to be stylish and bold, but also important skills. She mastered how to maximize her productivity, execute deadlines, and took initiative to coordinate multiple programs that kept production on task, and maximized sales goals throughout the division. 2008 Kia successfully earned an associate degree in Medical Office administration at the Kaplan University in Las Vegas Nv but driven by her passion for fashion, she stuck to Retail Management. As time passes by, she matures and so does her needs and ambitions. Kia decided to become a realtor, and in 2021 she studied, took the real estate exam, passed, and here we are. Kia feels extremely grateful to have been able to follow her dreams and ambitions, she would not have been able to achieve her goals without the support of her loving husband of 18 years and beautiful children.
