We specialize in Maintaining rental properties. There is no job to small. We currently accept Cash/Check, Presently looking into taking Credit Cards. We currently have clients with rentals that are on a rotating weekly/monthly billing cycle. Also have clients that we are authorized users on their accounts for home improvement stores for picking up supplies for maintaining their rentals on an as needed basis for emergency needs and general repairs. Some of our clients do not even live in the area but use us to maintain there rentals.
