Kevin wasnt the problem. Communication came from above that made things bad, but Kevin and the second team produced a better outcome.
I think the first processor assigned to our deal was not very good and unexperienced. The buyer was kept up to date on the status of the loan and communication was poor. Even the buyer said she seemed very unsure of the process which was concerning...
