Kevin is a native of Greenwood, SC and a 1994 graduate of The Citadel. His professional experience includes years at Beachside Real Estate where he was a multiple Realtor of Distinction award winner. His knowledge of the Charleston real estate market extends to all of the region's submarkets including Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Mount Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Having lived in Charleston since 1990, Kevin has seen the Charleston area grow from a quaint coastal town into the world class destination it is today. He is an avid golfer and also enjoys boating, hunting and traveling to concerts and sporting events.
