Kevin Price

Kevin Price is a business development, real estate, and property management expert. His background includes over seventeen years of experience in retail and public service. Born and raised in Central Indiana, he left the cold winters behind and relocated to warm and sunny Sarasota in 2019. He always found himself interested in the real estate industry, and upon settling into the area he pulled the trigger and became a licensed Florida real estate agent. Kevin has completely immersed himself into the Florida lifestyle, proudly nicknaming his family "beach bums". When he's not helping clients in his real estate business, he's either doing CrossFit at the local Crossfit gym, fishing or enjoying quality family time on Siesta Key Beach with his beautiful wife and three adorable children. Kevin is a proud Southside Dad and resides in the Southside Village neighborhood which they absolutely adore for its welcoming family community. He now specializes in helping busy families find their dream home on the southwest coast of Florida.
