I have dedicated over 16 years and counting in the real estate industry. Title insurance, real estate investment and company management were the base areas of my service, skills and experience. I began with First American Title in customer service where I valued giving the customers the best experience possible and quickly worked my way up to the production center preparing preliminary reports for our clients. With my focus on client satisfaction, I then moved to Commerce Title, and was quickly promoted from a supervisory position to company management having a work force beneath me to provide quality service to our clients. From the opening of an order to the delivery of the preliminary report, I worked with title searchers, examiners and title officers in order to insure timely completion and accuracy of the preliminary reports and other services. Enthusiastically wanting to expand my skills and experience within the industry I began working for Griffin Residential, a real estate investment firm. Here I gained a great working knowledge within the Acquisition Department. I was part of a skilled team of experienced talents that was responsible for the purchase of distressed properties. Through analyzing market data, determining the homes value, and preparing a repair budget in real time, our focus was to make the most knowledgeable purchase and short-term investment return for our clients and investors. Since then I have been eager to put all my experience, enthusiasm and value for customer satisfaction to use for myself as an agent. Raised in California, I attended California State University of San Bernardino where I studied Business Management with a concentration in Economics. Currently I reside in Riverside County in the Lake Elsinore area with my wonderful wife, Jackie, and our ever loving dog, Kimo. We have lived in the area for over 5 years and are excited watching the positive growth within the community around us. During my free time, I enjoy the creativity, problem solving, and production of a variety of woodworking projects. I have always been a free thinking hard working man. The real estate industry caught my attention early as I enjoyed the fast paced work environment, excitement and satisfaction working with people and I have always wanted to have my own business and be my own boss. I find it exciting and rewarding when helping my clients navigate through the closing process and helping others reach their goals in proud home ownership.
