With over a billion dollars in residential real estate sales and 25+ years in the industry, Kevin Caulfield founded Caulfield Properties; a premier real estate marketing, consulting and advisory group in Boston and on the South Shore. Centered around real relationships and an unending obsession with success for his clients, Caulfield represents buyers, sellers, developers and investors--at every price point. A Boston native and Thayer Academy grad, Caulfield played hockey at Boston College before venturing into real estate. A long-time resident of the South End, Caulfield now resides in Hingham with his wife and three girls. On the side, Caulfield mentors the Boston College Student-Athlete Mentor Program and serves on the Board of Thayer Academy's Alumni Association.
