Kevin has been involved in or around real estate and construction most of his life and has lived in Northern Virginia for over 25 years. He helped sell numerous homes with a custom home builder in Howard County Md and is licensed with KW METROCENTER in Virginia. Kevin is also the founder of the Windyrun Realty Group team. During Kevin's time living in Northern VA he has developed extensive knowledge of the area's real estate market as well as expertise in residential prices. This is especially the case in North Arlington where he currently lives and specializes.Prior to his career in real estate, Kevin started and ran a multi-national pet product business for over 20 years and and has been a Management and IT Consultant and high-level manager for some of the largest consulting firms in the world. His assignments provided a wide range of experience serving clients throughout Europe, Asia, and South America as well as the U.S.This range of experience enables Kevin to help his clients achieve their real estate goals by using the management, marketing, communication, and negotiation skills that he developed and used every day.Kevin has a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland as well as Graduate studies in Information Technology at the George Washington University while also traveling around the world for his international clients.Some of Kevin's strengths are listening and communicating, formulating solutions to problems, and developing methods and procedures for efficiently setting and achieving client objectives.
