KEVIN FERVIL focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and shareholder activism work. Prior to joining Sidley, Kevin earned his J.D. from Howard University School of Law and worked as a legal fellow for a major record label. While attending Howard University School of Law, Kevin served as a member of the Sports & Entertainment Law Student Association, treasurer of the Intellectual Property Student Association, and member of the Intellectual Property Patent Clinic. Kevin received his B.S., magna cum laude , from Saint Xavier University, where he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society. Kevin is fluent in Haitian Creole.
