Since purchasing his first Bay Area home in 2015 at 24 years old, Ed has always been fascinated by and passionate about Real Estate. Ed was raised by his hardworking immigrant parents and remains proud of his familys humble beginnings. He came to the United States at five years old from the Philippines and started working when he was twelve; if you ask him, Ed considers this his greatest blessing because its taught him firsthand the true meaning of hard work, resilience, and humility. Ed graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of San Francisco. He later completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University, East Bay. After several years in the corporate world, he decided to further his studies by completing a rigorous Negotiation Mastery certificate program from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending quality time with his family and close friends. He also loves to travel and can spend hours sharing tips on how to travel in style while being savvy. Ed has traveled to 11 countries and counting; his top five include: Spain, France, Australia, Singapore, and of course, the Philippines.
