In 2009 Kevin obtained his Florida Real Estate Brokers License and has now opened Cre8ive Realty in North Fort Myers to assist the snowbirds looking for a place to fly for the winter! As a past member of the Agent Leadership Council, Kevin was constantly involved with helping other agents teaching classes and the operation of the market center. Kevin is a member or a past member of the Following Boards of Realtors: Fort Myers/Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Portland, York County, Maine, Maine Commercial, National and National Commercial and is on the Professional Standards - Grievance Committee of the Portland Board of Realtors.
