Kerri Samuel is Senior Counsel in the firm's Real Estate practice group. Kerri practice includes a broad range of transactional real estate matters, with a focus on commercial leasing and real estate acquisition. Kerri regularly represents both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office leases as well as public and privately held companies in the acquisition of office buildings and multi-family residential projects. Kerri received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she was a member of the San Diego Law Review. While in law school, Kerri interned at the United States Attorney's Office and the nonprofit organization Invisible Children. Prior to law school, Kerri worked as a litigation paralegal at a large law firm in New York City.
