Kent, along with his wife Pam, founded The Temple Team, which has grown to be a leader in residential real estate sales in the Charlotte and Lake Norman areas of North Carolina. Kent is also the Operating Principal of four Keller Williams offices. In 2016, he became a member of a select group when he was accepted as a Keller Williams University International Master Faculty, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for KW Cares. He enjoys traveling the country speaking to real estate professionals about growing their business and their team, building their empire, and improving their presentation skills, to help them get to the life of abundance they deserve.
