Ken handled a couple of last minute hurdles that were out of our control and kept the transaction moving all the way to closing!!
Ken was always available to answer any questions we had and when our appraisal got hung up he prioritized us and made sure everything got done on schedule.

I asked for corrections. I asked for communication in a specific way and never received it. I got things to him same day or within an hour of talking ans he delayed the process.
