Mr. Chan is experienced in dealing with inbound and outbound auditing, accounting and tax services for enterprises from China, Hong Kong and local Chinese business entities within USA; which includes real estate, manufacturing and distribution, entertainment, and wholesale/retail industries. Mr. Chan has master degrees in business administration and taxation from Baruch College of the City University of New York; and is a CPA licensed in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Mr. Chan is also a certified internal auditor (CIA) and a certified construction industry financial professional (CCIFP).
