I was born and raised in North Carolina - Asheboro to be exact. I've always loved NC and the southern hospitality so I can definitely say, it's why I am who I am today. I decided to get into the mortgage industry after leaving my retail career because I wanted something more. I loved my job but I wanted to make a bigger impact on people's lives. I started my career in 2021 at Jefferson Capital Mortgage (NMLS# 1636660) where I'm lucky to work along side a team who supports not only their employees but their clients as well. JCM is a broker which enables us to shop multiple lenders for our clients. This allows us to alleviate stress during the start of this extensive process and fit lenders to our borrowers - not the other way around. We are also able to offer a larger variety of products and rates. When I'm not helping my clients, you can typically find me at home with my husband and lab mix Maggie. Although I am a homebody, I do enjoy traveling and experiencing new adventures with my friends and family along for the ride! I have a love for the beach, coffee, anything chocolate, and football - go Dallas Cowboys! I'm a homeowner myself so I know first-hand how stressful the process can be. Being a loan coordinator allows me to assist our loan officer's and processor with handling your loan. With my background in customer service I know how vital it is to listen to your clients' needs all while delivering exceptional customer service.
