While working hard to achieve a goal has always motivated me, I discovered early on that the joy of creating a positive difference by serving others’ goals is the most fulfilling mission of all. I’m grateful that I was able to see this firsthand through my parents’ approach to life and career, as well as through my own experiences in work, service and volunteer activities.A Triangle-area native, I attended the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler School of Business. While this kept me busy, I felt it was important to continue to work and volunteer while earning my degree. Joining the Edward Jones team has made it possible to serve at an even higher level. Through my role as a financial advisor, I’m able to take time to understand each client’s unique situation and dreams. As life unfolds, the firm’s proven processes, advanced technologies and deep well of knowledge further support their journey. I love to help clients and their families gain confidence in the present and increase their future possibilities by crafting longer-term financial strategies. To continue to offer clients more value, I’ve pursued additional training, earning life, health and long-term care insurance licenses, as well as the CFP® and AAMS™ professional certifications, General Securities Representatives (Series 7) and Uniform Combined State Law Examination (Series 66). I strive to balance my career with other interests that are important to me. Outside of the office, I enjoy being involved with Carolina Tiger Rescue, Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools Public School Foundation, Hillsborough Exchange Club and initiatives supporting food insecurity, cancer research and care.
