Kenneth Holehouse

After having success with my own personal real estate and investments, I have been helping and serving friends and clients for over 24 years in the Coeur d'Alene area and enjoying every minute helping clients find their dream properties whether it be Commercial, Investment, Vacant land, Multi-family or single family properties that not only meet their immediate needs but also provide opportunity for financial growth in the future. While out touring properties and negotiating great deals for clients, I am always ready to take your calls or emails so please contact me if you would like assistance in finding that special property or just an inquiry or knowledge of the area, I am happy to help. Additionally, I would love to help your family, friends or acquaintances, so please send your referrals my way and I promise I will take care of them in the most professional and caring way possible. I have lived in the Coeur d'Alene area for 49 years and have been selling real estate for 24 of that. I've been a utility lineman for a large power line company and I've also worked in the mining industry in Mullan Idaho when I first arrived to the beautiful North Idaho area. I have owned my own deli/bakery in Post Falls and then decided to become a Real Estate Professional, and I absolutely love what I do! Blessings to all.
