I've been selling real estate since May of 1994. I've sold over 1500 homes. Though I learn new things all the time, I've experienced just about every possible way to make and/or break a deal. I know how to get the job done and I'm very efficient at making it happen. I have a large cadre of investors who buy investment property from me and I can provide you with a spreadsheet that shows you what I've sold to my cadre and my investor clienteles collective ROI. I work clients ranging from first time home buyers to the most experienced and savy real estate consumer. I do my best to make sure the process is respected while doing unto others as I would have them do unto me. I'm married with 5 children. I've changed a lot of diapers! I enjoy golf, racquetball and tennis and it's safe to say I won't be going pro in these activities anytime soon. I've run a half marathon and look forward to the day that I can run a full marathon.
