With the increasing need for Hard Money throughout California, to keep our trend as a family company, I started working under my dad, Forest - the Guy in The White Hat, as a Loan Originator for Hard Money Loans. Forest is the Broker of our family company, Sun Pacific Mortgage and Real Estate, which he started with my mother, Lynn, in 1988. We serve all of California now with our alternative real estate financing, also known as Hard Money and Private Money loans. I was born in San Diego, California and moved to Santa Rosa when I was 7 years old so Sonoma County is pretty much my "home town". I did live in Clearwater, Florida for some years where I met and married my wife, Ari. A few years later she got pregnant and we decided to move back to Sonoma County as it is such a friendly, family oriented community - perfect to raise our kids!In 2008 we both started working at my parent's real estate & mortgage company and became licensed Real Estate Agents. In 2009 I moved on to buying and remodeling houses which I did for 6 years. Due to our experience, knowledge and interests in Sonoma County real estate, my wife and I bought and remodeled properties of which we now own and rent out in Santa Rosa, Guerneville and Rio Nido. We have two beautiful and active kids, Braden & Kallye, and enjoy taking part in the various community activities available, enjoying the local parks and working with the many great people in the various local Real Estate and Mortgage companies.
