The communication was kind of weak, i understand that she is a busy busy woman .. but we understand better with a lot of detail, my fiance has brain damage and can't really pull together context as fast as most people.. that is our problem...

The best part of this experience was when I told Kelly how great she is and how good the loan was. She didn't even know because it's just what she does and how good she is at it. I ended up working with several lenders to get the right loan....
