My name is Kelly W Maynard. I am the Broker and Owner of Maynard Properties.NET, a brokerage that specializes in residential sales in New River, Black Canyon City, Anthem, and the greater Phoenix area. I have been a full-time Realtor since 2005. During my career, as a Realtor, I have conducted First-Time Homebuyer seminars and have helped 100s of young families obtain the American dream of owning their own home. I also work with second home buyers and those re-locating to the Phoenix area. In the past 5 years, or so, I have had the honor and privilege to help many struggling families avoid foreclosure, by successfully short selling their home. While many agents have looked negatively at the past 4 to 6 years, I look back with joy at how many families I was able to help through some of the darkest times of our recent history. I am passionate about what I do. I love helping families purchase and sell their most valuable asset, their home. We recently started a new property management division of our real estate company. Now we can assist our investor clients through the process of finding the right investment, to managing their properties from beginning to end. I like to educate, inform, and equip my clients with the sources, and information they need, to make wise decisions throughout their real estate transactions.
