Kelly O'Connor founded O'Connor & Bennett Law Firm, PLC, in 2011. Ten years later, Kelly's practice still focuses only on real property law and all-things probate, including estate planning, litigation, probate and trust administration and litigation.In addition to the State of Michigan, Kelly is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan, and the Nottawaseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi. Kelly is a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker and has held a Michigan Real Estate Salesperson license since 1996.Kelly received her Juris Doctor from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2011. She holds a Master of Urban & Regional Planning from Michigan State University (Go Green!), a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University (Go Chips!), and an Associate of Science from Delta College.In her previous life, Kelly worked for a Fortune 500 company in the corporate real estate department on real estate acquisitions, managing building construction projects, and as a facilities manager.Kelly is active in her community. She is a past president of the Cereal City Sunrise Rotary Club.
