Kelley Runzi

With a combined 31 years of real estate experience, Kelley and Chad Runzi have owned K.C. Bailey Realty since 2010. They truly enjoy helping clients in the St. Louis area to realize their real estate goals in the St. Louis area. Licensed since 1999, Kelley has helped numerous buyers and sellers, specializing in both new construction and resales. She has held several roles in the world of real estate, and therefore able to provide a broad understanding of the industry and top level service to her clients. As an owner of K.C. Bailey Realty and full time Realtor, Kelley is happy to help with your residential real estate needs. Chad obtained his real estate license and established K.C. Bailey Realty in 2010. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Washington University and has also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla. He has worked extensively in the building materials and mining industries and has worked in a corporate environment to financially evaluate capital investments, divestments, and acquisitions, including the purchase / lease / sale of property, mineral rights and lease contract valuation, and commercial leases.
