Keisha Hosea began a Real Estate career after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. After an extensive career in Social Work and Counseling with the Los Angeles County Dependency Courts, California State Developmental Center, Riverside County Probation, and several small bed treatment facilities along with founding a Non-Profit Corporation to help at risk youth, Keisha found her way into Real Estate through investment properties. Keisha earned the "Rookie of the Year" award in her first year of Real Estate after selling more than 10 million in sales volume. She has been on fire for her clients ever since. Her educational and career background helped her acquire exceptional skills in working with problematic situations such as the current real estate climate. She has several short sale certifications including Certified Short Sale Professional (CSP) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR). SFR is the only certification recognized by the National Association of Realtors. Additionally, Keisha holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. GRI is a designation that means Keisha has completed in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. With a keen insight on mediation, counseling and negotiation, she and her team of associates understand what it takes to navigate areas such as probate real estate and divorcing couples.
