Mr. Ellsworth has extensive experience in general business law, personal injury law, litigation (both jury and bench), and asset protection/trust law. He is one of the founding members of the law firm Ellsworth & Bennion. Mr. Ellsworth is rated as *AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, which is another nationally recognized rating of lawyers, and it is the highest rating in both legal skill and ethics. Mr. Ellsworth is also the recipient of the 2013 "Top Lawyers" Award for Best of The Best in Southern Nevada, by Vegas Inc. Mr. Ellsworth served on the Las Vegas Planning Commission, as well as Clark County's Committee on Community Priorities (created to assist the County with its budgetary deficits). Mr. Ellsworth is also a mediator (for hundreds of cases) on the Foreclosure Mediation Panel, which was created by the Nevada Legislature to help deal with the foreclosure crisis facing many of Nevada's residents and financial institutions.
