Hello! I am Kaye O'Neal, the Broker-Owner of Kaye O'Neal Connection Real Estate / Shore to Shore Realty LLC. I grew up in Agar, South Dakota. I worked much of my professional career as a Financial Director of a large, non-profit organization in Kansas that provides services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. It was a rewarding career! A move closer to home in 2007 resulted in a new career. Real estate was in my future! In 2008, my husband and I established Lewis & Clark Cabin Care, Inc. Shortly after, in 2009, we formed Shore to Shore Realty. After joining the Meridian Association of REALTORS(r) based in Yankton, SD, I quickly became involved by serving as the 2011, 2013 & 2017 President. From 2014-2016, I represented the local Board as a State Director for the South Dakota REALTORS(r). In 2011, I became an Accredited Staging Professional Real Estate Agent. Most recently, I was honored to receive the Meridian Association of REALTORS(r) 2017 REALTOR(r) of the Year. Effective December 1, 2018, I will begin a 3-year term serving as a State Director for the South Dakota REALTORS(r). I am dedicated to building relationships with real estate clients, by engaging in honest, loyal and ethical business practices when representing buyers & sellers with their residential, building lots & commercial property purchases.
