Kavitha (Giridhar) Bhagat is the Managing Attorney at Bhagat Immigration Law. She handles a wide variety of immigration issues including family- and employment-based immigration, nonimmigrant visas, waivers, asylum, humanitarian visas, and removal proceedings. She also handles appeals and federal litigation. Ms. Bhagat received her J.D., cum laude , from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Upon graduating from law school, Ms. Bhagat was employed as an Attorney Advisor with the United States Department of Justice at the Miami Immigration Court. Ms. Bhagat's experience provides her with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent her clients.
